Education workers are a part of the backbone of every community. They teach and inspire the next generation to change the world every day.
As a former educator and district administrator, I know first hand how impactful those in education are to our community. From those in the classroom, to the staff that help our schools run, to bus drivers and admin personnel. These folks pour endlessly into others and don't always get the recognition and appreciation they deserve. When I became a Realtor, I knew I wanted to give back and pay it forward to education workers and those who serve in education. So, I decided to start my Education Pay It Forward Program!
What is The Education Pay It Forward Program?
This program was designed to give back to education workers when they embark on their real estate journey to buy or sell a home. Buying or selling a home here in South Florida can sometimes be challenging. And for those in public education, it can sometimes be more of a challenge to secure funds for down payment and closing costs. I know - I have been there.
That is where my Education Pay It Forward program comes in! If you are a current or retired teacher, administrator or school/district staff member(office staff, bus drivers, custodians etc) within the Palm Beach County School district this program is for you! When you trust me to be your Realtor, I will contribute up to $1500 at closing to help lower your closing costs. As a Realtor, I think it is important to positively contribute to my community and pay it forward. Education was one of the tools that gave me and so many others an advantage in life; its only right that I give back and serve the school district workers here in Palm Beach County.
